Dividend policy

The dividend is to comprise at least 50 per cent of earnings per share after tax, taking into account the company’s financial position.

Dividend 2025/26

The Board of Directors proposes that an ordinary dividend of 9.25 SEK (7.00) per share be paid for 2025/26, to be paid on two separate occasions. In addition, a special dividend of SEK 4.75 per share is proposed, to be paid on two occasions. It is proposed that payments be made in September and January. The proposed dividend amounts to a total of 890 MSEK (445). The dividend represents 76 per cent (50) of earnings per share.
